Prior to each team workout, we take some time to talk about different topics that would affect the day to day life of a college student including relationships, alcohol, your influence as an athlete and much more.

We bring in speakers from all different areas including past Shepherds, current FCA staff and other prominent figures to lead us in these discussions.
