Noni Chaves

Noni is passionate about investing in people and helping others grow in both faith and character. She currently serves as an assistant softball coach at Hope International University, where she mentors student-athletes and encourages them to pursue excellence both on and off the field. Noni is deeply motivated by her Christian faith and believes some of the most meaningful growth happens through authentic relationships, mentorship, and shared experiences. She is passionate about servant leadership and creating spaces where others feel seen, challenged, and supported. Through the Shepherds Program, Noni hopes to continue developing as a leader while learning how to better disciple and walk alongside athletes in their spiritual journeys.
